Zomato is an online portal for the food delivery and restaurant managment. Users can order food through the Zomato along with reserving the seats  in their favourite restaurant.

To do that the customers have to make their account in the Zomato and the process is as follows –

  • Enter the Zomato website at the web browser or they just copy past the given link at the web browser followed by the enter button.
  • Then next, register yourself, to do that the user has to go to the right side of the options, one of the option is ‘Create an account’.
  • Now there are a couple of the options/ways to register to the account – the first option is through the Facebook and second option is enter few details.
  • To register through the Facebook then click on the option ‘Continue with Facebook’.
  • Now enter the credentials of the facebook like username and password and you are done.
  • On second option the user has to click on the Google and then enter the respective credentials.
  • For option third the register has to click on the ‘Sign up’ option where the user has to enter the Full name and Email address and then click on the Register option.
  • Now you will receive the link in your registered email id, do click on the link to complete the process.

Now once you done with the registration process, now you can order the food. The steps are as following –

  • Open the zomato website and enter the login credentials.
  • Now in the main page of Zomato there is an option named Order food, click on that option.
  • Go to your cart.
  • You will see three horizontal lines over there.
  • Click on that horizontal lines.
  • Next step, is clicking on the option Customer Service menu.
  • Start a chat with the customer representative/executive.  
  • Type cancel my order.
  • Give the rationale behind one.
  • Now if it is possible then customer care contact with the restaurant and let you know about the status of your order.
